The Address: 79 Wistful Vista the home of Fibber McGee and Molly. Fibber is known as a fast talking man prone to exaggeration. His long-suffering wife, Molly, insisted "T’aint funny McGee," but they had radio audiences laughing for almost 25 years. This incredible comedy featured an onslaught of outrageous characters: a pesky little girl named Teeny, the snobby Mrs. Abigail Uppington, subservient husband Wallace Wimple, and more. Then, of course, there was McGee’s notorious closet, which seemed to take on a life of it’s own - heaping random objects upon Fibber, friends and family each time it was opened, and becoming one of the most memorable gags in radio.
