Great Gildersleeve

COMING SOON! The Great Gildersleeve starred Harold Peary and was radio's first spin-off series. Throckmorton P. Gildersleeve was first introduced to radio listeners as Fibber McGee & Molly's next-door neighbor. In 1941, Gildersleeve moved to Summerfield assume the job of raising his niece Marjorie and nephew Leroy. Look for several volumes of The Great Gildersleeve to be released this spring by The Nostalgia Merchant.

William Bendix starred in the famous radio programs The Life of Riley which later inspired a feature film and a television program.
