Yes, we charge for shipping and handling. If a company offers FREE SHIPPING, they are lying. Someone has to pay shipping and that's you. The other companies just increase their cost per item to cover shipping.
We ship all packages USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This is why our shipping charges are a little higher. We want to make sure you receive your order promptly and safely and Priority Mail is the best shipping method for us.
Please note that all DVDs are in the North American format (NTSC). This format is NOT compatible with European players which are designed to play the PAL format.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements:
All of our products are fully guaranteed against defect and we will gladly replace a defective or damaged disc. However, WE DO NOT REFUND! The reason we do not refund is because of the ease of copying disc. Many unscrupulous people will purchase the product, copy the disc and then claim they are defective and request a refund. Therefore, again, WE DO NOT REFUND! Request for replacements will be honored if the request is made with 10 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee that you will like the film that you order, so please make sure that when you order it, you really want it!

Digitally Remastered: Beware, this term often misused. You will see this term on many DVDs sold on the internet, but what does it really mean? Digital remaster definition: A conversion of music or video from its original analog master recordings to digital format. Now just about anyone with a computer can do this by playing the video or audio through a computer. However, the Nostalgia Merchant "digitally remasters" all of it products where possible from the best available assets using painstaking remastering techniques to produce the best possible audio and video quality. Our videos are processed by a major production studio using Final Cut Studio Pro and compressed for DVD utilizing Apple's Compressor suite. While digitally remastering films will generally improve the visual quality remember good quality masters are very hard to acquire. Therefore imperfections in image and sound quality may be unavoidable.
